We offer machines that use spray, immersion or combined cleaning methods, as well as ultrasonic cleaning. Cleaning is possible in individual chambers, as a continuous flow system or in a rotary transfer machine. Always tailored to your specific needs.

All of our cleaning processes are based on aqueous media and can be adapted to your individual specifications and requirements. It is almost always possible to avoid the use of the above-mentioned contaminants.

On request, the machines can be equipped with appropriate drying and cooling processes so that the components can be installed, packaged or used for further processing/testing immediately after the cleaning process. Cooling tunnels, vacuum dryers and hot air dryers can be integrated and combined as options.

In principle, all materials that are suitable for contact with water can be cleaned, e.g. metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, etc.

Yes, we can combine all machine types with specially adapted vacuum drying devices. Vacuum pumps can be supplied in both oil-lubricated (rotary vane pumps) and oil-free (screw pumps) versions. Depending on the pressure range, high-pressure deburring systems can be designed as centrifugal pump systems or piston pump systems.

The machines can be integrated into production lines and equipped with robot systems.

Yes, we also offer machines for individual workstations to be operated by a single worker.

The throughput spectrum ranges from a few individual parts to thousands per hour. Depending on the sensitivity of the items to be cleaned, they can be treated in specially designed individual holders (also made of plastic), on conveyor chains, overhead conveyors or even as bulk goods in baskets for mass-produced items.

The machines are either electrically heated or, optionally, heated with external process heat. For very large container volumes, direct heating with an integrated gas burner is also possible.

Heat recovery systems can also be designed on request.

Cooling systems are available that use GWP-reduced partially fluorinated refrigerants (e.g. R454B) as well as those that are completely free of F-gases (natural refrigerants such as propane R290 or carbon dioxide R744).

The process media are circulated in closed circuits and, with appropriate treatment, can be used for up to several months. After use, the media should be treated. Oil separation, microfiltration or vacuum distillation systems are available for this purpose.

Our production facilities are located exclusively in Wendelstein (Bavaria) and are fully integrated. Switch cabinet construction, software programming and assembly take place in-house, while most of the prefabrication is carried out in-house and in the immediate vicinity. Components are purchased almost exclusively from renowned and experienced European manufacturers. This ensures robust supply chains and a secure supply of spare parts, even many years after delivery. The selection of high-quality components, responsive service and competent technicians guarantee very high availability and a long service life.

The longevity of the components and the durability of stainless steel ensure a long service life and excellent value for money. The machines can also be easily converted for other types of parts and new series, and individual components, such as the PLC control system, can be replaced even after decades of use, bringing them up to date and improving their efficiency.

Spare parts can be supplied without any problems for many years. If an individual component is no longer available, our staff will find a suitable replacement that will restore the machine to full working order.
